We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind or are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the e-mail address or order number from your receipt, or contact us at a2bc@betnev.at and we will forward your request. Paddle’s own Refund Policy also applies.
Processing time
Approved refunds are usually processed within a few business days; depending on your bank or card issuer it can take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear.

Sponsorship contributions are voluntary, one-off payments. They are not a purchase of a service and never affect ranking points, results or sporting status. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
